The service and food here are both awful. The only reason it is still in business is that it is the only restaurant at this airport! You can ONLY order at the bar, despite the fact that there are lot of tables, and waiter delivers the food to the tables. Sometimes when there are a lot of people at the bar, they block the one sign that tells you that you can only order at the bar, and then you might wait over half an hour, thinking that the waiter who is delivering food to the other tables might at least acknowledge you. You would be wrong. When you finally do go up to the bar and order, the food you receive is awful. I had the meatless nachos, and then, Montezuma took his revenge, if you know what I mean (and I wasn't anywhere near Mexico!). I also love how they market/advertise the restaurant. There are signs in the airport near the exits that say, "This place is just as good as anywhere else you are going to eat." If that is true about La Crosse restaurants, God help the townsfolk!
